These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of moving services provided by Bajrangbali Packers and Movers (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or using our services, you (“you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Bajrangbali Packers and Movers provides professional moving services, including but not limited to:
Packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking of household and office goods.
We do not provide services for the following:
Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, explosives, corrosive substances)
Perishable items
Illegal goods
Any other items prohibited by law
Booking and Payment
Booking: To book our services, contact us at 09 138 480 699 or email hello@bajrangbalimovers.com. A deposit of 20% of the total estimated cost is required to confirm your booking.
Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the move. We accept cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
Cancellation: Notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled move date to avoid a cancellation fee of 10% of the total estimated cost.
Insurance
We recommend purchasing insurance for high-value items. Inquire about options when booking.
Customer Responsibilities
Packing: You are responsible for properly packing items to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items should be clearly marked and packed with appropriate cushioning.
Information: Provide accurate details about the goods, including any special handling requirements.
Access: Ensure safe and adequate access to the premises for loading and unloading.
Prohibited Items
We do not move:
Flammable liquids
Explosives
Corrosive substances
Firearms and ammunition
Illegal drugs
Any other items prohibited by law
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
Acts of God
War, terrorism, riots
Embargoes
Acts of civil or military authorities
Fire, floods, accidents
Strikes
Shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in Gurgaon, India, in Hindi.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of Gurgaon, India.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and you will be notified by email if you have provided your email address.
